STEEZE Finance operates the web app at www.steeze.finance. You can reach us any time at hello@steeze.finance.

We are not a bank, a telecom operator or a mobile money provider, and we are not affiliated with any of them. We never ask for your PIN, OTP, mobile money password or bank card credentials.

• Account details — your email address, display name, nickname, chosen avatar and role (student or parent/guardian).
• Money records you create — Pockets you name, income and expense entries, categories, budgets and savings goals.
• Text you choose to submit — when you use the Auto Logger, the transaction alert text you paste or share is processed to extract an amount, category and merchant. We do not read your messages in the background and we have no access to your device inbox.
• Support messages — anything you send us via the contact form or by email.

Your data is used to run the features you asked for: showing balances, calculating budget adherence, tracking savings goals, generating your Steeze score and leaderboard position, producing your reports and sending the alerts you enable.

Weekly AI summaries are generated from your own records. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your records are private to your account. Access rules are enforced at the database level, so one account cannot read another account's records.

The leaderboard is anonymous: it shows nicknames and rank avatars only — never real names, balances or transactions.

If you connect a parent or guardian to a student circle, that person can see the summaries and activity shared in that circle. You can remove the link at any time.

We use a small number of processors to run the service: cloud hosting and database, an email delivery provider for account and support emails sent from our own domain, and an AI provider for parsing pasted transaction text and generating summaries. They process data only to deliver these functions on our instructions.

We keep your records for as long as your account is open. You can delete individual transactions, Pockets, budgets and goals in the app. To delete your entire account and its data, email hello@steeze.finance from your registered address and we will action it.

• Request a copy of the data on your account.
• Correct or update your profile details in Settings.
• Export your transactions as CSV or PDF at any time.
• Turn notifications and alerts off in Settings.
• Ask us to delete your account.

STEEZE is intended for users aged 16 and above. Younger users may only use the app through a parent or guardian circle with that adult's consent.

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app or by email.
